The ACB-HVSA enables the use of Hasselblad-500 series lenses on Cambo Actus view cameras with full leaf shutter functionality. Virtually in the same way as when using large format lenses fitted with a Copal or similar shutter.

This adapter has a built-in mechanism to cock the lens' leaf shutter. Any digital back can be synchronized to the lens' X-Contact. Strobes may still be triggered over the digital back's sync port.

The availability of Hasselblad lenses manufactured by Carl Zeiss goes back a long time and this gives access to particular old style legacy lenses, as well as very long focal lengths, without the extreme physical extension of symmetric LF lenses.
