Add Base Tilt to your Actus

Base Tilt enables the use of an inclined monorail while both standards remain perpendicular for yaw-free movements.

The use of Base Tilt on both standards is also a way to introduce indirect vertical shift, useful for lenses with a large image circle. Cambo's Base Tilt uses a grid pattern to lock the movements, which assures parallelity between the two standards.

Base Tilt functionality adds 15 degrees of extra tilt, either forward or backward,  with incremental locks at each 5 degrees.
