The HV-XCD lens adapter enables the use of classic (Carl Zeiss) Hasselblad V lenses on the X1D and X2D.

Since the leaf shutter in the lenses can't be used, the photographer needs to rely on the camera body's electronic shutter. In some circumstances the "rolling shutter" effect may be visible.
